4 Bit Parallel Adder Circuit Diagram

A 4-bit parallel adder is a digital circuit that adds two 4-bit binary numbers and produces a 4-bit sum. The circuit consists of four full adders, each of which adds two bits and produces a carry bit. The carry bits from the full adders are added together to produce the final carry bit. The sum bits from the full adders are also added together to produce the final sum.

The four full adders are labeled A, B, C, and D. The inputs to each full adder are the two bits being added and the carry bit from the previous full adder. The operation of the 4-bit parallel adder can be understood by considering the following example. Let's add the two 4-bit binary numbers 0101 and 1010. The corresponding truth table for this addition is shown below:
